CHICAGO! HUGE GROUP DINING?????????

I am having a group of around 35 people coming to visit at the end of July. I am new to Chicago and was wondering if anyone knew of a good restaurant that could accommodate a HUGE group like this?

We are not picky, and we cannot be with a group this big. Anyone have a good restaurant in mind or any other ideas?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Are you looking in the city or burbs? What cuisine? Fancy or casual?

Maggiano's is an Italian restaurant with 3 or 4 locations around Chicago including Schaumburg (near Woodfield Mall), Skokie and Naperville. They have private dining rooms for various size groups, and they have good food.

Please provide some more information, like what part of the city you need, would a catering facility do or does it have to be a restaurant, what budget category and cuisine preference are you interested in. For a group of 35, that really isn't very big for a lot of hotels/catering places, even quite a few restaurants should be able to accommodate that. Without some geographical and budget guidance, there are just too many options to mention.

Check with Lettuce Entertain You for help finding a table or private room at one of their many restaurants in Chicago.

Thank you for the responses so far. We are looking for a restaurant, not a catering facility, if that is possible. We are also looking to eat downtown (loop, river north, lincoln park, lakeview, etc.)Regarding budget, we aren't looking for anything too expensive, more casual dining. Also, any sort of cuisine would do, although since the group is so large and there are a lot of different taste buds to please, ethnic food is not preferable.

Thank you all for your help.

Lettuce Entertain You has a variety of all types of restaurants all over the city. We've used them for business functions many times. Safe bet. www.leye.com

Happytrvlr gives good advice.

The Lettuce entertain You venues have a wide range of choices. the food is consistently good across the group and they have always been very accomodating.
