I would love some recommendations for restaurants in these two cities. Love good food and wine.

My last trip to Charleston I ate at FIG, SNOB, Peninsula Grill and Magnolia's for dinners. I'd have to say Peninsula Grill was my favorite dining experience all around, followed by FIG, - here is the link to my trip report if you want to read more about each restaurant w/links to their sites, etc.

Just there in Charleston for Christmas ... two dinners at S.N.O.B. and one at Magnolia's. Every morsel wonderful at all three dinners! Choosing a restaurant in Charleston is a wonderful dilemma to have!

Magnolia's was a favorite of ours too. You will love it.
