Not exactly a "forum" - but comparison page. Travelocity when you enter car rental info gives you a chart with various companies one one side and car type on the other.
I then check with companies themselves for best price - often the same. Also, make sure you know of fees, taxes, other charges to get real comparison - not always as easy as it should be to compare costs.

What are you looking for? A discussion page or a place to compare pricing? If the latter, www.kayak.com is good.

I like to use www.orbitz.com for rental car comparison shopping. They show a table with all co's, car sizes, and prices.
I then go to the rental co website to make the reservation.

I often look at Breeze Net for a comparison of car rental rates and always reserve through the car rental agency directly... www . bnm. com
Also, you can check Fat Wallet . com for discount codes, etc. ww. fat wallet. com /t /63/ 788985/
I tried to cut/paste the links in but couldn't ... so you need to remove all the excess spaces between letters in the links.

If you're a Costco member I find their member rates to be consistently the LOWEST of all rental companies (even w/ coupons).
Go to costco.com and click on "Travel", then on the sidebar click "Car Rentals". It lists about 6 companies and will link you directly to their individual sites offering the special member rates.
I do extensive research using the majors (Orbitz, Travelocity, Cheaptickets, Priceline, etc.) and Costco member rates always save me a bundle.
Better than that....I get the lowest quote from Costco's lowest agency and then "bid" 25% less on Priceline.com. Sometimes I'm successful, sometimes not.
