Cape May, NJ Girls Weekend

I am planning a girls weekend in June with 8 girlfriends from college. We will be there three nights. I am looking for good restaurants some casual places (lunch and one dinner) and a few nicer places dinner (one or two nights). I would also like some suggestions for nightlife. Some fun bars to go to after dinner, maybe a fun place to dance. We are a group of moms in our mid thirties looking for good food, good atmosphere and some fun. Any suggestions would be great.

For a casual dinner I would look at the Ugly Mug or Carney's. For a gourmet dinner try the Washington Inn or Lucky Bones.

As for nightlife, I would go to Sea Isle City, Avalon or Stone Harbor (about 15 miles north of Cape May). There are typical Jersey Shore clubs in each town. My favorite is the Ocean Drive in Sea Isle City. They have great live bands every night.

Here's a Web site with dozens of Cape May area restaurants and nightclubs. http://www.myjerseyshore.com/

For a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner try The Mad Batter.

If you like tapas try Martini Beach (above Cabana's), great ocean views and delish lobster mac and cheese.
