To Everyone who is traveling to Moon Palace:
My Fiance just got off the phone with Palace Resorts. They do not know the extent of the damage, however they are putting people on a wait-list to reschedule. We are the second on the list to re-book, so it has just started. If you are thinking about re-booking I would call now, because it is going to fill up fast. When they know the new open dates they are going to start calling everyone on the list and re-booking them. Remember the hotel is most likely already 1/2-3/4 booked for the Dec-May months, it's their peak season. I would call now...It doesnt look like the Moon Palace will be open until after christmas... Hope this helps.

We ended up rescheduling for Jan 21st-28th...Did anyone else re-book? Does anyone know when the check in-out time is at the moon palace?

No, We are going to Aruba now.Same dates. We recieved a refund. That was very nice of Palace Resorts b/c we didn't have Hurricane Insurance.

Thanks everyone!!! Kalik have a great time in Aruba, we were there last year it is FABULOUS! We did horseback riding on the beach and snorkeling! The beaches are beautiful and the shopping is great...Can I ask how much more or less expensive it is than moon palace???

We are staying at the Renaaissane Resort & Casino. Our room is $197, our flight from Philly is $153.extra pp.
We were nervous about booking at first. I think we will like Aruba.The horseback riding sound like fun!
