Can you get a Limo at the Airport?

I'm wondering if it is still possible to get a limo at the airport (msy) without making a reservation earlier?

Also, does anyone know the cost for 2 people
to go to the Cruise Pier ?

Thanks

Assuming you mean New Orleans (MSY) Int'l Airport, yes you can get a limo without a reservation. It's not guaranteed, of course, so if you want a car waiting for you then you need to call ahead.

The limo cost should be approximately $45-50 to the cruise terminal. Cab will cost $28 for one or two people.

Thanks Dan - do you know where you go
to find one? Where the cabs are -- or
does a skycap/porter get it for you?

Thanks again.

There is a cab stand right outside of the baggage claim area. So basically you get your luggage, walk out to the curb and get into a cab. You may have to queue up if there are a lot of people, but you shouldn't have to wait long.

I'm not trying to be rude, but am curious about something. Wouldn't it have been simpler to go to the web site for the airport and check out the transportation information? That way you would make sure that the information you are getting is more up-to-date than relying on people who may not have been there in awhile. Simple facts are so easy to check on the web. I'm not all that computer literate and I just looked up the New Orleans Aiport and learned all about limos. This site is really more useful if you wanted to know someone's opinion.

Anyway, have a good trip.
