Brevard/Hendersonville Lodging

Hello,

I'm looking for recommendations on inns or bed and breakfast in the Brevard or Hendersonville area of NC. Would like good views but don't need to live the life of luxury while there. Key Falls Inn in Pisgah Forest looked okay, but I can't seem to find any reviews. Has anyone stayed there?

Thanks in advance for your ideas.

D

oopsy - if you want "good views" you probably don't want to be in downtown Brevard or H-ville - right? Have you looked on Trip advisor?

Highland Lake Inn in Hendersonville is a great place to stay. One of those old time resorts built in the 20's. They still have the small log cabins but have built new ones also over the last two years. Whether you stay there or not you need to go to their Sunday Brunch. It is fabulous. Most or all of their veggies are grown onsight in their organic garden.

There is no view from the cabins in Highland Lake and food is overrated. We had dinner there a couple months ago and I would never recommend this place to anyone
