Breakfast in Las Vegas?

We'll be visiting LV for a few days at the end of the month, staying at NY, NY. While on vacation, we tend to have a hearty breakfast and a nice dinner, skipping lunch altogether. Do you have any recommendations for breakfast? We will have a rental car. Thanks!

America at NYNY has a magnificent breakfast menu with good prices (check the website to download the menu).

Peppermill is also a wonderful place for breakfast/brunch.

Buffet at Paris (Le Village Buffet) is terrific if the line isn't too long.

Oh, and for a really nice breakfast, Bouchon is especially nice - positively gorgeous room overlooking rooftop garden.

According to the reviews, the buffet at Harrahs and Treasure Island are supposed to be good. Although we had a great breakfast buffett at the Stratosphere so if you were heading up to Freemont Street you could call in there.

Agree with the Paris buffet, and the 24 hr cafe is good also. At NY NY, Il Fornaio is a good choice for breakfast. Downtown, the Golden Nugget has both a very good 24 hr. cafe and buffet. Off strip I like the Orlean's buffet.

Paris is a great buffet as of the last time we ate there. I, however ditto the recommendation of Bouchon (at the Venetian) which is not a buffet and in spite of being on the 10th floor has a patio that is at *ground* level---another one of LV's apparent illusions. It is a lovely spot and when not too hot, that outdoor terrace is so nice.
