Brazilian Court or Chesterfield, or Colony?

My husband and I are travelling to Palm Beach in a few weeks. We want to stay on the Island and The Breakers, our fave, is booked. I have read some not so complimentary things about the Brazilian Court, Chesterfield & Colony. They are all pretty inexpensive, so I am not expecting alot...

The Brazilian Court is currently only renting non-renovated rooms. Has anyone seen theses? Is the Chesterfield or Colony better?

I am looking forward to trying the new Cafe Boulud!

We stayed at the Colony last year and had good service, the pool area is very pretty.
The rooms are nicely furnished. You can't beat their location, close to the ocean and right off Worth Avenue.
