Need to get from Dulles airport to Reagan Nationial airport. Any and all info would be appreciated.

Quickest might be taxi to Vienna metro station and take the metro to National Airport.

You can take a taxi, a bus to Metrorail, or arrange a car service.

I have about 4 hrs. if i do the train what line would i take?

Why not look at www.wmata.com and check the map to see which one. You have to take a bus first

One option is Metrobus 5A from Dulles to Rosslyn Metro, then Blue line to National -- cost is $5 or so, time would be about an hour. Bus runs only once an hour.

Another is the Dulles Flyer bus to East Falls Church Metro, then Orange line to Rosslyn and Blue line from there to National. Cost $10 for the bus, plus Metro fare. Bus runs every 30 minutes.
