Bought Broadway Tix for Wrong Night!
I just found out that I screwed up and bought tickets through Playbill.com/BroadwayOffers.com for the wrong night. I thought that graduation for Columbia Law was on the 22nd and discovered today that the University's graduation is the 22nd but the law school's is the 23rd, and I bought 3 tickets to Nice Work If You Can Get It for that night. Of course, the confirmation says all sales or final - no refunds or exchanges. Is my only hope to sell the tix on StubHub and get new ones for the 22nd, or is there something else I can do in this situation?

Advertising is not allowed and you have been reported.
And if you can't imagine that someone can make $6K per month you must not know very many people - and definitely don't belong on a NYC thread. (The guy that slices lox at Zabar's makes more than that.)

Great news. I wasn't sure how long they' d do that. You may have been lucky that it was Telecharge and not Ticketmaster, which I tend to think is often less cooperative. I also suspect they might not do a refund, but an exchange seems not to be a problem.

Neo, Ticketmaster did it for me for Wicked tickets.
I was so thrilled to find (and buy) last minute tickets that I doubled checked. The tickets I bought weren't for that week but for another month. They refunded my money - not an exchange since I had no plans to return to NYC any time soon.
Maybe if they are pretty sure they can resell the tix it's not a problem.
