Why do you need the car? The Silver Line is free.

Are you arriving at Logan or are you leaving for another destination?

Hello,
Thank you for the help! We need the car because we are from out of town, and Boston had the cheapest flights for us.
We are flying out of Logan, for about 5 days for a wedding. Looking to just stay at a hotel the night before (the flight is at 6:00 AM) and keep our car somewhere for a few days.

Is flying out of Logan enough cheaper when you add in the hotel and the parking fee?
Could you take a late night-early morning Amtrak train to South station and the Silver line T to Logan?
The other site to check is parksleepfly dot com.

Unfortunately it is still MUCH cheaper to leave from Boston (and a closer commute for us).
I was hoping somewhere near Saugus or something would have some hotels that have an airport shuttle and don't cost an arm and a leg to keep my car there for a few days.

How far out are you? Last year I looked at Park, Sleep, Fly packages and they were prorated from what you would pay without leaving your car. They just kind of hide that. Preparing for a one week journey we decided that leaving the house at 3am and driving directly to the airport left us plenty of time and less work to going to a hotel and shuttling back and forth.
The airport economy lot was the perfect solution for us. Easy in and out, and covered if you are traveling in winter in case there is a blizzard. Many of the hotels did not have covered parking. I doubt they dig you out.

If you're not that far out, the commute directly to the airport should be traffic free and simple. We left plenty of time. However our 6am flight, the TSA lines were jam packed at 6am. Not sure if there was an issue or if that is the routine morning rush.
It was nice to land and have our car close for a quick departure home without adding additional steps.

Holiday inn Express in Saugus has park fly, but Saugus is still rather far if you have an early flight to get to in the morning.
Try the Hampton Inn Logan, or the Comfort Inn Revere. You'll have to ask how early their shuttles start up.

Sometimes a single night in a hotel just isn't worth it. Coming from NH, I have also used the Logan Express Bus from Woburn for an early flight. Although I went by Logan's suggested times to arrive and get through security, find out when Security actually opens. I took such an early bus that all the other passengers were the TSA workers. Parking is reasonable and secure.
