Border crossing - Canada & US

Has anyone crossed between US & Canada this week? Wondering if the flu epidemic has slowed things any?

It's hardly an epidemic at this point - except in Mexico. I can't imagine howit would affect the US/Canadian border.

Epidemic? 64 total cases in the US and it's now an epidemic?

Somebody's been watching way too much 24hr news channels lately.

Let's not unload on the OP. Clearly administrators often do things to PREVENT a situation from BECOMING an epidemic. It would not be surprising to see that be the case at border crossings -- asking where you've been, etc., for example.

NeoPatrick, That's exactly what I'm concerned about. Asking everyone an extra question or two takes time, so just wondering if anyone who has crossed in the last day or two noticed anything different.

Just returned from Buffalo, NY via Canada. No additional questions at the border, usual wait times.

My brother in law travelled from Michigan to Buffalo via Canada this weekend and also did not encounter any delays.

We just went through the Detroit-Windsor tunnel on Saturday night and it was VERY crowded, but customs wasn't any different than normal. The Tiger game had just let out and I think a lot of folks were heading to the casino. As an aside, we went for dinner in Little Italy in Windsor and had a wonderful time. The trip back to the US was fast and customs was normal.
