Book Old Lahaina Luau now??
The Old Lahaina Luau normally runs $79 per person. My Travel Agent can pre-book us for $67 per person. Do you think this will be the best deal? Should we book now or wait until we get to the island for a better deal?
(this is something I'd like to do, but if for some reason it's sold out it's not that big of a deal.)

We booked last week for May 23...got tradtional seating. We figured it would be nice to have the option...but if we decide we don't fee like it, we can cancel up until 10am that day.
I would say, go for it!

There are no fire knife dancers at tthe OLL becuase they present an authentic Hawaiian show and fire knife dancing is indigenous to Samoa.
I am not a fan of luaus, but if you must attend one I think the OLL offers the best tropical ambiance and overall best experience. The luaus at the hotels seem like a company banquet to me.
If you go to to the OLL and still want to see a fire knife dancer, stroll along the beach path at the Outrigger/Marriott Wailea around 7:35PM M-T-TH-F and see Brudda Ifi (who is the world's fire knife champion) perform at the luau.
