Biddingfortravel?
I've been trying to get in all day and I keep getting a message saying "This account has been suspended"?
Huh? Has anyone else been having trouble? Can someone else check it and see if it's down?
That site is a bible for Priceline users.
Thanks!

You're not the first one and I'm sure you won't be the last one.
The "dragon lady" running that particular site suspends many accounts for just about any reason. You can try e-mailing her and appeal your suspension, if it's that important to you, but in most cases the "dictator" does not even reply and hardly ever lifts the suspension.

The notice says, "Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible. " That sounds like it's the BFT account, not an individual user, who's on notice. I certainly haven't done anything to precipitate a suspension from BFT!

You should be able to get in via http://p070.ezboard.com/bpricelineandexpediabidding.
They had a spam bot attack, so their account was suspended. They're working on getting it reinstated.
Hope this helps...

Yestravel - emailing will not do any good. I was banned too, but all you have to do is change your IP number and you can get right back in. Google how to change it, and if you are unsuccessful you can always switch your modem. I look at that site but never ever post anything on it. Nearly anything you post can get you banned. It's actually fairly amusing.
Use Betterbidding.com.

The paranoia about people being banned from BFT is amazing. Sheryl has mostly been absent from BFT from the last year and there have been few if any other admins covering the site. It's been mostly self service the last several months...and yet some of you think Sheryl is spending all her spare time banning people. Get a grip!!!!

Thanks, I was able to get in late yeaterday.
I never though I was banned, especially since I only read there and haven't posted (I tried to register once, but it seemed too cumbersome).
I know Sheryl's reputation and have seen how nasty she can be, but I also think BFT has the best information.
Betterbidding doesn't even have information on many locations, so it's useless for a lot of areas.
