Best Western Plantation Hale

My Travel Agent has us booked here for 3 days in May, but I read some reviews on priceline that indicated that it is very noisy & the traffic is too close, as well as the Roosters are everywhere & do not knwo that they should only crow in the morning.
Has anyone stayed here? can anyone give me input that is current?
Thank you.

You know, roosters would be the least of your problems.. Find a nicer place to stay--there are plenty to choose from on Kauai. It will add so much to your experience.
