If you're looking for the best room rates, often the hotels themselves are best. And if your group really is large, call them and talk about group rates for the rooms.

Many of the vegas hotels now guarantee that booking directly with them will give you the lowest rate or they refund the difference, usually plus some bonus. Perhaps, some site might offer prepaid reservations with some sort of discount, but that doesn't usually qualify for the guarantee as it must be a cancelable reservation.
