Another vote for MGM's Prime Time Cafe and Sci-Fi Drive/ Dine In. Both are sit down restaurants with good food and fun themes.
For counter service (with indoor seating), we love the fish & chips at the ABC Commissary in MGM and the clam chowder (in a bread bowl) at Magic Kingdom's Columbia House Restaurant.
