Best online site for purchasing Cubs tickets?
I am trying to find 3 tickets together for the Cubs/Astros game on July 18, 2006. Googling provides too many choices... is there a reliable site that others have used? By the way, I tried mlb.com and they don't seem to have anything but individual seats left for this date.
Thanks so much!

Hey we are going to in july 25-31 and for four games against. the Cards. They told me to keep checking for tickets to be release before the game or the day they release tickets. We go every year to see the cubs play. Call 1800-the cubs and also see if the tickets are single tickets scattered like on in front of each instead of side by side or two and one in front. I mean of all games that we decided to go to the Cards tickets usually go first but if they keep playing the way they are, you really should not have a problem. But if you have never been before try for tickets in the 2 hundred section and like rows 1 - 15 that way where you sit you can see the scoreboard. Because if you are to high up then you are close to the beer vendors which is great but you can get the feel of looking at the entire stadium. I mean I have been to wrigley with no tickets and walked up and asked for the best they had and it was the second row behing home base. So it is a hit or miss game. So keep trying that 800 number.
good luck,

Hey Liz is a pretty name, my real name is Elizabeth, you would die if you knew my last name it is a body part.
Look i just got on the cubs site for tickets and did it four times just to get one ticket and it came up with four different tickets all in the same area
section 228-3
row 18 - 16
seat 101 & seat 15 and on.
so I would call and see may they have like a triangle of see in the middle or something. Even when my husband and I go even if the tickets or not next to each other it is ok, because I am the one making the beer runs every other inning. It is wonderful just sitting there at wrigley. Enjoy yourself.

Hey I am really an astros fan grew up in an astros family, since they started in 1966. We love baseball so much that is basically our vacations, either to houston or chicago. I live in Baton Rouge. Hey I forgot to tell you that if you really want three across then I did use ticketsnow.com, but someone else paid for them, but the site is backed up or sponsored mby the chicago tribune. so I thoought it was pretty solid, but I paid like 125.00 each. But I am telling that i would keep calling 800-the cubs. Good luck and have fun and drinka few beers for.

I have to laugh, that is one of my favorite Seinfeld shows. I know I should have never started this name game thing, I also have another body part in my office, let me put it this way we are connected. This is funny. Ok now getting back to the ticket thing try calling. I am on a ticket and hotel mission. I get like this trying to get the best rate and man, chicago is hard right now on room rates. It is killing me, because I am use to staying like at a homewood, hilton garden in or Palmer House and so. the rates are just pittyful. Good luck with the tickets.
