Best Day to Visit

We will be visiting the Tampa are in March. We have two children 4 and 7. Can anyone suggest the best day of the week to visit Busch Gardens, in terms of busiest and least busiest days? Any other suggestions of must see attractions in the area? Perhaps an indoor rain day activity (just in case). Thanks for your help.

Christy, if your children are interested in animals, try Lowery Park Zoo - very family-friendly, with lots of interactive things to do. http://www.lowryparkzoo.com/

And the Florida Aquarium is perfect for rainy days.

The busiest will be Saturday, the least will be Tuesday. However, March is spring break and spring training month so it is all relative. I hope you have a great time!

Agree with all of the above, plus I hope you're planning at least a day at the beach, no? Fort DeSoto and Caladesi/Honeymoon Islands are must see's in my book; great shelling at Caladesi, and the ferry ride is fun. Enjoy!

Thanks for your help! We absolutely will do the beach one day, perhaps two. I think we'll check out the aquarium too, rain or shine. My kids will love it. Thanks again.
