Last night we went to Alter Boyz,a fun musical I would reccommend for all ages.

Oh, but suzym, now you've opened a whole different can of worms. The discussion was about the best of Broadway. Altar Boyz is an off-Broadway show. If we're going to start talking about the best of Off-Broadway, there's a ton of stuff we could talk about.

If you want beautiful songs, it's hard to beat Light in the Piazza. It's a lovely, romantic, "classic" musical. I've seen it several times and wouldn't hesitate to see it again!

If you're looking for a really fun evening in the theatre, Hairspray is great, and Jersey Boys is one of my new favorites. I agree with the above poster- everything about the production is top-notch and really well done. It gets lumped into the category of a "jukebox musical," but far outshines its competitors (in my opinion, of course!)
