Best Breakfast in San Francisco?

One of the things that happens when you are a native is that you get a little bit focused on your fave restaurants and may be leery of hitting up places the tourists rave about.

What are some of the best breakfasts you have had in San Francisco, and where?

Bikom...did you see my thank you to you? We went to Shalimar and both agreed with you. Fantastic and we have just returned from India. Went to Dottie's the next day and another fantastic reccomendation! OH had the cinnamon/ginger pancakes and raved about them! Thanks again.

We enjoyed our breakfast at Judy's on Chestnut in the Marina. The kids had huevos rancheros with a really nice fresh salsa, Mr. Pickle had stuffed French toast and I had eggs with chicken apple sausage. The portions were large; neither of the kids could finish their food. Delicious baked goods, tasty preserves, nice atmosphere.

Mama's, on Washington Square at Stockton.

The best in San Francisco. Be prepared for a long line, but it moves relatively quickly.

No Contest: the Lemon Souffle Pancakes with fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce at Hot Ren Stanford Court.
Split an order and they'll happily give you the recipe.

Dotties True Blue and Red's Java House. David's Deli and the Crepevine get my honorable mention.

Oh, also brunch at Zazie's in the Cole Valley district. I'm having a hard time picking a favorite!

Sears at Union Square, opposite Sir Francis Drake Hotel.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for breakfast in San Francisco.
