I second Bardo's nomination of the Charcoal Pit. A great place. Nothing very "healthy" but it sure is good. Burgers, fries, sandwiches, soups, shakes, ice cream. Good stuff.
The road (Concord Pike) is Route 202 North, exit 8 off I-95 in Delaware.
This road is full of affordable hotels and places to eat. There is a Days Inn, a Holiday Inn, a Macintosh Inn, a Courtyard... a couple others, too, I believe. Then you have Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Arby's, Subway, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Benagin's, Applebee's, Chilli's, Bertucci's, SaladWorks, Seasons Pizza, Grotto Pizza, Charcoal Pit, a couple steakhouses, a 24 hour diner... and the list goes on.
Almost any kind of food you could want on this road, from fancy (Melting Pot, Sullivan's Steak) to cheap and greasy fast food. The hotels are typically affordable, too. Plus, no sales or meals tax.
