Berkshires, MA girls getaway
HI!
I'm looking for a place to meet my dear friend for a getaway for one night. The Berkshire area is about half way between us. We love yoga, pilates, hiking, healthy food and reasonable prices. Thinking of a reasonably priced hotel with a yoga/pilates studio nearby for us to take a class. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!

For Yoga focus the obvious choice is Kripalu, The food is healthy and usually good, and there are any number of marvelous hikes in the area, They now have hotel style rooms, though they are simple. Not sure what you mean by "reasonably priced.'

"Reasonably priced" will depend a lot on the date. This area is a major summer resort, and between Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow, accomodations may be hard to get at any price, esp on weekends. You may also face a minimum stay requirement of two or three nights.

http://www.cranwell.com. This is a lovely resort/spa. They often have specials so I would check out their website.
http://www.canyonranchlenox.com. This is by far the most expensive and most elegant spa resort in the area.
Staying in a lower priced motel or inn and going to Kripalu for yoga, pilates would be your least expensive option.

At Kripalu you can also do a one day R&R program. It starts with their 6:15 am yoga class and goes through their last yoga class starting at 4ish(?). It includes 3 meals and all their routine programs. When I went it was $75 for a weekday and well worth it. There is a nearby B&B that I heard was a good option for an overnight stay--don't remember the name of it, but I think it had the word Apple in it. I vaguely recall that an R&R weekend was about $350 including room, board and all programs. They have a very good good website that lists all their programs--it becomes very hard to chose before them.
You can use their spa services that are separately priced. But I don't think you can go in for just a single class.
