Bellagio, MGM or Mandalay Bay?

Which one of these 3 hotels would be best if I am going with 2 fourteen year olds and 2 ten year olds? I have reservations at Bellagio, but think I may have made a big mistake...We don't want to dump the kids anywhere, but if they can walk as a group to the pools and fast food joints, it would be a plus. Any input would be great. Thanks.

Bellagio really isn't a very kid-friendly hotel. Are there even any fast food places there? I think either MGM or Mandalay Bay would be better choices. In fact, I'd say that just about anywhere along the Strip would be a better bet for somebody going to Vegas with four kids. Bellagio is a gorgeous, first-class hotel, but isn't a good choice for people travelling with kids.

Wherever you go, you will have to "dump" the kids somewhere, they are not allowed in the casinos.

Mandalay Bay (wave pool, beach, etc.). This would be the best bet for the kids and it's a nice hotel (if looking for better service, can stay at the Four Seasons which is on top of the Mandalay Bay and you can use the Mandalay Bay pool - they can't use yours)

Bellagio subtly discourages families with kids from staying there. They won't exhibit rude behavior or anything, but they are very adult guest oriented. The hotel has signs at all entrances that kids aren't even allowed inside without a parent who is a guest.

Mandalay Bay is a superb kids' hotel. It is the best place for a kid in Vegas during warm weather. The pool area is huge, has a wave pool, lazy river, beach, etc etc.
This is your best choice by far. There's a McDonald's across the street, but not loads of other fast food places around.

Also-Mandalay Bay has a great aquarium that all of you will enjoy.
I think the tram goes from Mandaly Bay to the other hotels,no? or do you walk to Luxor then take the tram?

I just stayed at Bellagio and there were a fair amount of kids there. There are not really any inexpensive places to eat at Bellagio though. They could walk to caesars very easily though and get a wider assoretment of snacks and food.

Thanks, everyone, for your timely response...I just made reservations for Mandalay Bay and will definitely save Bellagio when we visit without the kids! Thanks again, you were all so helpful.

BELLAGIO IS WONDERFUL, HAVE STAYED THERE 5 TIMES AND GOING AGAIN THIS MONTH, BUT HAVE NEVER TAKEN THE KIDS. DOESN'T SEEM TO BE THE PLACE TO GO WITH ANYONE UNDER 21 THAT CAN'T GAMBLE. THE STEAK RESTAURANT, PRIME IS TO DIE FOR.
