I just noticed you wrote "near Boston" and you tagged this with New Hampshire? Which geographic area do you have in mind? You're looking for a place IN New Hampshire for commuting into Boston? Do you NOT want a place IN Boston?

I can highly recommend the Harborside Inn IN Boston. I stayed there not long ago and loved for location, amenities, and price. It is right across the street from Quincy Market and the blue line T entrance is right in front of the hotel.
