Mikemo--I know I need to post on the other board for this, but since you post here I wanted to see if you could help. Do you have any information about how to get from Mexico City to Puebla? We were wondering about the first class buses and if that was the best option and if so how to find their schedule. Any information would be great! Thanks.

Thanks Faina TandooriGirl helped a bit on the other board too. DH asked for my help with this...a bunch of guys are doing a climb down there and are trying to coordinate everything and this bus thing apparently is critical to their schedule.

I saw the post on the MX forum. The advice was solid.
I really like the first class bus system and have used Primera Plus and ETN in "my" area.
Check the handful I mentioned (MX forum) and there is good info on many google search sites (mexican bus service). Nearly all have schedules and fares on their websites - the Spanish is simple and readily comprehensible.
You might consider flying Continental from IAH into MEX and out of Puebla or viz versa as has been mentioned.
Enjoy and come back and see the rest of Colonial MX!

Thanks Mikemo. Their dates were just finalized last night so this is the early stage of getting all the logistics in place.
