Atlanta Ga Marta Station & Amtrak

What Marta Station would you get off of in Atlanta, Georgia to go to the Amtrak station in downtown Atlanta? Amtrak does not have parking, so I need to take Marta. I'm looking at the Marta web site but can't tell from it. Thanks.

I wasn't sure either but here ya go...from the MARTA website...Take the North/South line and get off at Arts Station...From what I remember, Amtrak and Arts Station are a bit of a distance from eachother, especially if you will have luggage. There looks like there is a bus connection (#23) or you could take a cab up Peachtree...Maybe someone else will see this and confirm I'm right or correct me.

Me again...you would be on W. Peachtree when you exit Arts Station. If you don't take the bus, walk north on W. Peachtree and it will hit Peachtree. Continue traveling north on Peachtree. Amtrak will be on your left...Like I said, the two train lines are not next to eachother.

Good luck!

How can Amtrak not have parking? Doesn't that seem silly! I'd call Amtrak and double check. Maybe they have an agreement w/a private lot???
