Atlanta Buckhead Breakfasts?

Any suggestions on great breakfast spots in Buckshead? Am looking for both inexpensive and higher-end Sunday brunch?

Hi

The Original Pancake House, on Peachtree Street, just north of the Brookhaven MARTA Station is good for breakfast any day of the week. Try the sourdough french toast and ask for the blackberry jam. I also like the cherry kiafa crepes, the strawberry waffle, the georgia peach pancakes, the dutch baby (an oven baked pancake, size large). The apple pancake is good but be warned, it is large!

Murphy's in Virginia Highland is a good place for a casual Sunday Brunch. Viginia Highlands is also a nice area to stroll around and window shop after brunch.

The Flying Biscuit Cafe, at Piedmont and 10th, is another good place for breakfast, any day of the week.

I really don't do high end brunch's so can't offer any suggestions.

Have a good visit

Pamela

We really enjoy Babette's Cafe but it is not in Buckhead. I believe the Ritz Carlton has a brunch and the Buckhead Diner would also be good for Sunday Brunch.

Java Jive - in Midtown, on Ponce - is my favorite.

Buckhead Bread Company on Piedmont is pretty good.

Flying Biscuit Cafe, Midtown or Decatur, is very popular and good.

We have eaten on Sundays at The Horseradish Grill a couple of times.

The OK Cafe at West Paces Ferry Road and Northside Parkway, is quite good for breakfast.

Oops, remembered one more: Goldberg's bagels in the same shopping center as OK Cafe, is also good, in a New York deli kind of way.

I believe the Original Pancake House on Peachtree is closed. I'm up by Perimeter mall. Any suggestions for breakfast places up here?

I had breakfast at a French cafe near Perimeter Mall a couple months ago. Loved it! It's like an Atlanta Bread Company, but with a country French atmosphere. It's located in front of the REI Store there. I believe it's called La Madeleine.

>> I love Google -- here's the website: http://www.lamadeleine.com/Locations.aspx
