OK, 35 minutes on the N-Judah (plus the time to walk to the Powell Street muni stop), so about 45 minutes total. Not that I would do it, but better than an hour, I guess.

Thanks for all the recs--we ate at Ana Madrana when we first arrived in SF. Beautiful interior and we had a good meal there.

We will be back in SF tomorrow evening with a car. Checked on Than Long (sp?) And it's closed on Mondays. Thinking we'll go to Burma super Star--r both locations equally good? When I google on my BB for some reason only the Clement St comes up.We'll be staying near SFO so all things equal would prefer whichever one is closer. Thanks!

You should eat at Mingalaba in Burlingame (Burmese-Chinese menu)!!

I've never been, but Burma Superstar appears to have only one location in San Francisco (the others are in Oakland and Alameda, so definitely farther from SFO). The Clement Street location of Burma Superstar isn't bad. You can get from their to the airport by heading back toward downtown SF and taking 101 South.

Hi SF--that sounds like a good choice--do u have an address for it. Being in Burlingame will make it easy to get back to Airort Hotel.

Yes - Burma Superstar!! My new fav; there's one in Oaklnad, too.

In SF we continually go to Hunan Homes in Chinatown - on Jackson between Grant and Kearny.

Glad to learn about Mingalaba, just in case we need a place to eat in that area sometime.

Go to R&G Lounge. You won't be disappointed. A tad on the pricier side tho.
