Where are you flying into and renting the car? My choice would be to fly to SLC and visit everything but Sedona. Depending on how many days you have you might be able to visit all of the "Big 5" plus Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon (north or south rim?) Depending on how early in the spring you might see some snow in the higher elevations.

We did Sedona, Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce a few years ago. It was a great trip. Both Zion and Bryce are spectacular. We are returning this spring to do the eastern half of the Grand Circle. We will be visiting Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Grand Staircase area. We just love Utah and can't wait to see more of it.

Personally, I prefer Arches and Canyonlands too Zion. Others may differ, but the spectacular beauty of even just a drive through those two parks really is fantastic. If you get out and hike a bit, you are in for another treat.
I've been to Zion and Bryce, which are lovely, two or three times, been to Arches and Canyonlands five or six times and would go back tomorrow if I could.

I've been to all five national parks in Utah, twice each. I can only say that going to EITHER Bryce/Zion or Arches/Canyonlands will be a good choice. Plain and simple, you can't make a bad decision -- just make a choice and be happy with it. Then return later and see the other one.
