Anyone heard of Rick's Ribs in Boca?
Going to Boca this weekend and was wondering if anyone has heard of Rick's Ribs? Also, for anyone whose been, how's the food? Are there any good rib places? Any other suggestions for places to eat, fairly casual places, would be appreciated. Thanks.

The rib place that I go to in Boca is called TOM'S RIBS--located on Federal Hwy-- and after season, they are moving up to boynton beach, I believe..
Locally owned and operated..get the baby back ribs- with sauce on the side-VERY good...
Mario's is also a terrific Italian restaurant on Military Trail-no reservations, long waits, portions large enough to share- worth it!!

I live in Boca and have never heard of "Ricks'. It does not exist or it just opened. The best place for ribs in the world is Stevie Bs Rib Cafe (the decor is casual and the location is farther west on Glades) it is located in Boca and was formerly in Chicago.
Other good spots are Baha Cafe for Mexican
Lucille's for ribs. Tom's-which has fatty ribs
Houstons & Brewzzi for burgers/salids/ general american fare
Max's in Mizner Park(slightly more upscale)
Rascal House for Deli,
Lilly's for cheap(er) Italian
Maggiano's for more upscale italian

FOr TOM'S Ribs, if you order the Danish Baby Back ribs, they are NOT fatty..just their regular ribs are fatty..( and they tell you this before ordering)...
Tom's Place
7251 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton
561/997-0920
Lucilles is OK- more like going into a McDonalds for ribs...no atmosphere at all...not even like a typical rib restaurant...good but just ok BBQ and Ribs...
