Hi, my friends and I are going to be at the Sheraton for a conference. On our free night, we wanted to go to a fun, local spot for drinks--casual dress, good food, good atmosphere, not too pricey, maybe with live music. Doesn't have to be in Waikiki, but good parking is important (I hear Dave & Buster's parking is impossible). Any thoughts?

go to moose mcgillycuddy's, it's right up the street from the shearton

Kapono's or Don Ho's (both in Aloha Tower) have live music and are pretty casual, for both locals and tourists. Parking is either via valet, or self-parking across the street.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Duke's. It is right on the beach, they have a great atmosphere, good drinks, even a couple of guys playing Hawaiian music on the patio.
