Anaheim Convention to Disney

According to the map of Anaheim, Disneyland is right across the street from the convention center. Is it really that easy? I'll be at the convention center till 6 or 7 each night I'm there. Does Disney have night-only rates, so I can enjoy the park in the evenings without paying the all-day fee?

Amanda, Disneyland sucks. Don't bother. If you want a decent meal as a convention goer, try the Japanese place at one of the Disney hotels.

Go to Cali. Adventure park instead. Though, that may be boring by yourself. Will you have anyone with you? Co-workers?

Actually it is not as easy as it sounds. The park is big and the entrances do not face the street so you would need to take a shuttle to the entrance to the park or to the Disneyland hotel where you can take the monorail. I have never seen a price reduction for just an evening entrance. Downtown Disney with shopping and restaurants does not charge admission.

You can walk across the street to CA Adventure parking lot and catch a little shuttle. It is a bit of a obstacle course, but it is not that bad!I don't know go all that way and not go in the gates? seems like a waste at least for one night. (Perhaps you can slip away early one afternoon and get your money's worth.
