Alaskan Sunset Cabins

Thanks for the previous info about some of the cabins in Alaska looking good in the pictures but not actually being so nice. I'm taking a trip to alaska in July and was wondering if anyone has seen or stayed at the Alaskan Sunset Cabins in Kasilof Alaska? If so, are the nice?
Thanks, Jamie

Sorry, I haven't stayed at these cabins but I think you have the location wrong. We stayed in the Kenai/Soldotna area and this area may be a little out of the way depending on what you will be doing on your vacation. If you look at a map, it's a flatter, marshier area of the Kenai Peninsula. Don't expect dramatic scenery. If you are fishing, it's probably a good area. I also think of it as about halfway between Homer and Seward, maybe 1 1/2 hours from each. If you are there for 4th of July, Kenai has a great parade.

Jamie,

My name is Nate. I am part of the family business. I can answer any questions you have and I can email you referrals of people who have stayed here at our cabins. We are located 10 minutes from Kenai, 20 minutes to Soldotna. Our cabins are not located in a marsh. The cabins are located 30 feet in the air above the beach. The cabins overlook Cook Inlet. They are 4 years old which means we have kept them looking nice. They are for summer use only.

Email me or call us 1-866-286-6946 or [email protected]

Thanks,

Nate

My apologies, Nate, for insinuating that your cabins are in a marsh.
