Also, fball, we hiked the Harding Icefield trail and it was one of my top 2 favorite activities on the 12 day trip (next to bear viewing)! Our friends kayaked in rainy Seward with 4 foot seas and had an o.k. time. Unfortunately, the weather was colder and rainier in Homer, so we didn't get out to kayak there. It's a great excuse, however, to go back there for another visit. The views in Homer are breathtaking.
