alaska camping rental
We are thinking of flying to Alaska and renting a camper. We want to see as much as we can but I get motion sickness and don't think I want to do the train, cruise thing. Any guidance and suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks

I used ABC RV Rentals (www.abcmotorhome.com) for the first time this summer and was very pleased with them. They are located at Anchorage Airport.
In my experience, they were extremely responsive by e-mail before I arrived and quite efficient with the checkout and checkin. The camper I had was clean and in good condition (with one exception) and I enjoyed my trip with it.
The eception was a minor leak in a roof vent and ABC was very cooperative in making that right with me financially after the trip.
They are friendly and efficient and I recommend them highly.

I rented from Great Alaskan Holiday. Well run company. BUT purchase their extra insurance waiver otherwise you had a $!000 ded. They went over the return with a fine tooth comb, claiming very minor things that I didn't do. I had purchased the waiver and wasn't charged.
