Accomodations for Kauai?
Can anyone give me some recommendations for Kauai? There's 4 of us (2 adults & 2 teenage kids). We are looking for something affordable, nothing too expensive and not in the expensive resorts. We don't care too much about the views or amenities, just someplace clean and safe, preferably with a kitchen. We want to drive to Waimea, north shore, and south side, so pretty much anywhere will do.

Here are a couple of sites to help you search properties.

I'm assuming that you want 3 bedrooms. Also, what is your idea of affordable?
I've stayed at the Villas of Kamali'i in Princeville and liked it. IMO, you need airconditioning in the bedrooms in these units. Price about $250 per night plus cleaning fee.
Also, I think the following look good: Nihilani and Plantation at Princeville.
I'm sure there are plenty of other locations on the island that have great condos as well.
