OK, look in the yellow pgs for a Damon's Restaurant. Actually it's called Damon's A Place for Ribs and there are a couple in the Detroit suburbs. They usually have a section of the restaurant that is dinner theater style seating and 3-4 big screen tv's. Your table will have a speaker with which you can choose which tv to listen to. They subscribe to the various satellite sport packages too. Make friends with the person in the control booth so they'll tune in the Yanks for you.

First of all, I'm waaaaay over the Detroit bashing. Yeah, we're no NY but neither are a lot of towns. Detroit is on the rise....(insert "can't get worse joke here) and I see great things in the future. So all you Detroit bashers just pipe down.
Second of all, weenie57, are you staying in Detroit proper or in a suburb? Let me know and I will do my best to assist.

As a diehard Yankee fan living an hour south of Detroit, you will need to find a friendly neighborhood sportsbar. The Yankees are in town for the last weekend in May for the only series of the year in Detroit. Good tickets were still available as of last week.
