It's so simple you won't believe it. As a woman, I always take a calcium/magnesium supplement at night - 3 capsules = 1,000/500. I may increase it a little when traveling. Also will help you sleep. I make sure I take them along. Vit. C is also good to keep you regular - 500 to 1,000 per day. If you haven't taken it before, start with 500.
Dried fruit is easy enough to take - I like dried cherries from Trader Joes. I also buy fruit every chance I get.
