Is that enough time to do anything??? Delta changed my flight - and I am stuck there now for 4 hours in the middle of the day on Thursday... anything folks?

I wouldn't. You'll have to get out of the airport, do whatever, and then leave plenty of time to get back through security again. By the time you got anywhere to do anything, you'd have to turn back around again.

I wouldn't either. Last time we were there it took us quite a bit of time to go through security when we were heading home.

I second jent. You cannot leave, return through security, trek back out to the gate and have time to do anything. Flights are rarely on time into Atlanta. You probably won't have 4 hours.

One Flew South in Terminal E recently was rated top 10 airport restaurants in U.S. Go easy on the peanuts and passenger biscuits and have a late lunch during your lay over. Take a leisurely stroll through the art gallery in the transfer tunnel, and your lay over is filled.

I will have to go over to One Flew South - I believe my flight leaves out of Terminal E. Thank you.

if youre on E are you going Intl--if so, definitely dont leave.I think Delta sells a daily pass for their Crown room--they have a really nice one on A--you can relax, read, watch a little TV,have a drink. If i had a layover, i used to walk the terminal by walking thru the tram area--its 1/4 mile between stops on the tram.so its 2 miles if you do the whole walk
