3 hotel options for Scottsdale

Going to Scottsdale/Sedona for a girls weekend in July. We are down to 3 hotels:
Camelback Inn
Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale

Which do you think would be best for 3 40-year old moms who want to have a fun time/spa/party/explore?

You missed the best choice -- The Royal Palms is heaven on earth. It is smaller and you are treated like royalty. The Spa is excellent. Great restaurants, bar, lounge, and the rooms are super nice.

Oh, and they have a no tipping policy [except for food, drink and spa] that makes it hassle free to not be handing out tips constantly.

Spa? I'd definitely pick the Princess.

Also consider taking a tour of Taliesin West. I love that place!

Do you mean the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch? If so, it's a a beautiful property. The Royal Palms is a good suggestion too.
