Thing is linda it is not like you will be visiting an underdeveloped or third world island. Honolulu is very much metropolitan. Those chefs as you may already know work with fusion cooking techniques often integrating European and Asian cuisine.

It is all neuvo cuisine at that sight.

Are you going online and looking at the honolulu star bulletin. This will help with restaurants across the board most moderately to low priced restaurants will not serve lamb. At least this was my experience.
