Turks and Caicos, New years evening is amazing there, beach BBQs and bonfires, and the best part, 12 mile beach with different fireworks at the same time over the water in both directions, it's magical!

If you are looking for a tour with family you should visit to India. India is a leading and famous country in the sector of tourism. There are lots of historical places and hill places.

Christmas Island.

If that is outside your unstated budget then how about Malta?

The houseboats. Of Course. They have the luxury and comfort that they put forth onboard. There are some fantastic cruises along the phenomenal backwaters of Kerala to experience and enjoy. A houseboat cruise along the miraculous waters of Kerala is one's chance of gaining an insight into the natural wealth, tradition, culture and cuisine of the state. It's truly an experience of a lifetime! And during christmas you can see fire crackers bursting at distant land from houseboat during Christmas.

This a VERY bizarre thread. Almost entirely one time/only time posters. Including two that were deleted. What are the odds???

My family is spending the holidays in Madeira this year. This is the fifth year that we have spent the holidays overseas and it truly is a fun way for our family to catch up with each other and enjoy being together without the "buying frenzy"of the Christmas season.
Past years have included Egypt/Jordan,Morocco,Canary Islands and Cyprus.

India as i mentioned above about tourism. i have visited lots of places and it's my experience that it's a cheap and affordable trip and you can enjoy a lot there. Lots of places are there you can choose your own place like adventure, historical, mountains, planes, villages, cities and other you can also join festivals of India.

priyamalhotra,

Please read the OP's post. He/she wants to enjoy Christmas and is asking for specific locations. Please do not give general statements about a whole country. It does not help plus you have repeated the same thing about India 3 times.
