Dalemartin,
Do you remember poster CheersTerry from the old Thorn Tree forum? He bases his film business in Havana for part of each year.
He also reads scripts for the Alberta Film Commission and once assisted Mrs Z and I in our efforts to get our Harriet Tubman biopic script greenlit.
I am done. the mona

That great if you are getting "quality" information here and find two threads a month to cover your needs. I am not on the TA Cuba forum so can't speak to it. But I know for Hawaii, Mexico, and my home city of Seattle, there is WAY more pertinent information on each of those forums.
btw I was also active on The Thorn Tree, so I know what y'all are referring to.

(Cheers)Terry, his Mona, their pals Leslea and her fiance 'Joe Oyster' (whose real name I have most ungratefully forgotten) once drank me under the table in T.O. I was a Sunday school teacher compared to all of them!
Best line of that night came from Leslea (she was then part of the Pink Floyd tribute 'Classic Albums' line-up and sang Clare Torry's part live from 'Great Gig in the Sky'):
"So you like the band 'Yes' do you, Zebec? I've always thought that (their singer) Jon Anderson wears those kimonos to get laid!"
Our entire entourage spit-out our drinks at that one.
I am done. the innocent

Also...Last year, former LP/Globetrekkers Justine Shapiro and good ole Ian Wright collaborated to start up a new site called 'OUR LOONEY PLANET'? I just saw it for the first time. It purports to be the beginning of a new travelogue series of some sort. Step One for them has been to invite followers to send a brief video greeting of themselves. One assumes that the purpose of the latter is to build a base for a reinvented Globetrekker series.
Presenter Megan McCormick was supposedly also involved but as of today, her name no longer appears as part of this new venture. Justine and Ian ought to approach Bradley Cooper to see whether he might be interested in returning to host a show or two!
Who knew?
