Purpose of the Travel Tips forum?

I think that would be a great focus for this forum. If it was for generalized questions such as... "I like xxx, and have xxx budget, where should I go to do xxx?"
That could make for some fun conversations. There's still the problem that hardly anyone reads this forum though.
