Thank you for the update on your plans. I think you sound like you've got it all organized and well thought out. Biggest "problem" is going to be to narrow down where exactly it is you want to go! happy traveling!!

instead of selling your house can you rent it out for a period of time to give you some income while you travel?
I think now is a great time to travel if you can make it work. There are so many great travel deals available right now it seems a shame not to take advantage of them!

I agree I need to focus on regions and it will probably be a couple of trips. We'll see. I think if I get that invite I'm hoping to get from NZ, I'll cover that area first then do Europe. So many choices and so many places calling my name. This will not be easy at all.

Again, you have all been so great in responding and bringing up some excellent suggestions.
