Honeymoon Help!!
We are a late 20, early 30 something couple getting married after 8 years together on January 28, 2012 in Orlando, FL. I am STUMPED on the honeymoon! We have traveled somewhat frequently over the years and want this trip to be really fun, romantic, and memorable.
Here are some of our favorite places visited (some together, some not):
-NYC
-San Fran, San Diego, Sonoma
-New Orleans
-Austin
-Hawaii
-Paris
-London
I've been throwing around the idea of Paris, as I have not been since I was a kid.. but I feel like if we go to Europe I definently want to do a couple cities, but I don't want to be backpacking!
Here is the criteria:
- NO Cruises
- Good food
- A little nightlife
- Wine
- A little culture and sightseeing
- If the Caribbean, it must contain something more to do than just laying on the beach and include most of the criteria above.
- Budget = $5,000.00 (enough?)
- Travel time - 10 days - would perfer not to spend too much time on flight. ie - over 1 day of travel
- Does not have to be immediately after wedding, can be a couple months later, but would like a small mini-moon in that instance right after wedding included in price.
ANY Suggestions are appreciated! And we are not opposed to re-visiting places already traveled. We would just really like a once in a lifetime must take trip!
Thank you in advance!

If you're thinking Europe you should re-post on the Europe board. But you could also consider Asia...
In Europe I'd suggest Paris and Vienna, or Paris and Lisbon. Europe has low cost air carriers, provided you book early, and you can do the long haul flights open jaw - into one city and out of another.

Paris and London would be great. Paris, all the more. It would be nice to go somewhere romantic. Or if you're adventurous enough, you can go to a place that's a bit exotic, unique, and a place you haven't been to.

I love the idea of Paris for a honeymoon. Why can't you just go to that one city? Why do you have to go to a "couple cities"? And why would you be backpacking? I guess I'm not following that. 10 days in Paris with some day trips, or maybe a few days in the countryside?, fits everything you are asking for.
