Best Tour Groups for 30-50 year olds?
Any suggestions on a tour group that caters more to the 30-50 year old age range. Don't want a group full of single 20 year olds or a group of mature 60-80 year olds. Not that there is anything wrong with the more mature traveler or the young traveler, just looking for a tour with similar aged people around. Thanks in advance.

I've done 4 Rick Steves tours. Because they include lots of walking, and require you to handle your luggage yourself, they attract a somewhat younger average age than many companies, but are not party tours aimed at young adults.

Ditto the Rick Steves suggestion.

I always see this company in the various travel magazines and it seems thoughtful, interesting.
disclaimer: i have no first hand knowledge of either

Since you are asking about Italy I'd re-pst over on the Europe forum. But be prepared to hear that most Fodorites would recommend independent travel.
. . . Rick Steves tend to be 'mid aged' tours with fewer old timers because one needs to be able to handle their own luggage.
