Tipping guide and driver on private tour

We gave our guide $100 tip for five days of private touring. We were two people on a private tour. We were planning on giving less (more like $50-$60) , but she was so incredibly stellar and fun, we upped the amount. For our driver we gave $5 for a full day and $2 for shorter days.
